QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing preferably in Food or FMCG sector,
- Strong negotiation and communication skills,
- Proactive and have analytical mindset,
- Positive attitude, result oriented approach and strong team player,
- Ability of spoken and written English,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for all production scheduling, including setting up new products & supporting forecasting.
- Effectively interprets and communicates risks and opportunities
- Setting up of new products and BOM’s within the ERP system
- Schedule production trials as required considering any impact on customer demand
- Works closely with sales department to execute on time delivery of projects
- Works with the warehouse to ensure efficient order packing & inventory level controls
- Drives business process improvements / continuous improvement in production planning, to increase productivity & efficiencies reducing overall cost.
- Supervises requirements planning for department, division, project, or organisation
- Prepares proposals and site plans in conformance with codes and local and national regulations
- Handles rezoning, site plans, special-use permits, and related materials
- Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues such as demographic information, occupancy rates, and land use
- Prepares budget and oversees expenditures
- Sets goals, policies, and procedures for project
- Interprets and evaluates legal documents and relevant legislation to assess impact on Project
