QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Supply Chain Head” for our multinational client with the qualifications below
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of experience leading in Supply Chain,
- 5 years of experience in logistics functions, preferably fulfillment and LMD and warehouse operations,
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership positions,
- Having an experience in FMCG and eCommerce,
- Hands-on experience with SAP and excellent command of MS Excel to handle data,
- Fluent in both written and spoken English,
- Strong understanding of the market and having relationships with other SC leads in the fields to capture any new trends,
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to accommodate a quick paced environment,
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills in dealing with those both internal and external.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Design and implement supply chain and operations strategies to be in line with biz strategies and to deliver for growth,
- Manage process, framework for total supply chain & operations, including each sub functions: planning, procurement, warehouse, LMD, payment, and CS.
- Own, refine and monitor performance measures that support the strategy and operating plans,
- Manage high-level fulfillment models for highest service level and optimize cost to serve and cash,
- Manage relationship with 3PL partners in the market,
- Oversee execution with other functions (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.),
- Develop a standard of high performing, well-coordinated teams across all business units capable of supporting accelerated growth and rapid adoption of new technologies, services, and partners,
- Drive the financial decision-making and risk management.
