Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s Degree ( Industrial or Food Engineering)
  • Min 5 years of experience
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced changing environment
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Analytical problem solving & root-cause analysis skills
  • Fluency in English

Job Description;

Purchasing and Supply Assistant Manager will be the interface between Procurement Teams, Suppliers, and our internal business partners, in order to introduce, in a timely manner, new raw and pack materials of an innovation project, at a competitive price, ensuring supplier selection is in line with our Procurement Strategies and with sufficient capacity for growth to support innovation agenda and funnel. Key elements of the role are the support and co-ordination of the Innovation and Value Improvement Programs, through close co-operation with the Procurement teams, R&D, Brand Development (BD) and Supply Chain, with the 5S and C4G (Connected for Growth) framework.
