QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Engineering / Automotive Engineering or Bachelor degree
Experience in the field of development and production of automotive seats ideal
Knowledge of quality topics such as FMEA, GD&T, APQP and PPAP
Knowledge of vehicle cabling and its interfaces to seating systems
Main contact person on the development side for all electrical issues at the customer's site, coordination and resolution of all incidents occurring in this area in coordination with the supervisor.
Active supplier management for all EE components used, such as.B heating and ventilationcomponents, seat motors, control units, belt buckle,seat occupancy systems, sensors, comfort functions (lordosis, massage, sport/comfort), wiring harnesses
Participation in the preparation andreview of project plans andbudgets.
Deadline monitoring of development, prototypes and external service providers.
Inspections and installation tests on the vehicle.
Support in the preparation of quotations and concepts
Preparation of work results and their presentation
Participation in project progress meetings
Responsibility of the technical and economic project result for the renewable energy components
Support in the assembly and assembly of sample components
Design of the fastening concept for the EE components in the seat
Participation in the preparation of test plans, support and analysis of the test results
Design, documentation and approval of the EE components with the suppliers
Participation in supplier identification and selection
