GENEL NİTELİKLER

Working as a vital member of the Project Execution team in Electrification, Distribution Solutions in Kocaeli; Turkey, you will be assisting project managers to coordinate and execute projects and effectively communicating appropriate project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders. Reporting to the Project Operations Manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.


Your responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, controlling and releasing requests for invoicing based on instructions of the Project Manager,
  • Executing inventory management and shipment planning,
  • Working in compliance with purchasing department to coordinate shipments and invoicing processes for imported goods,
  • Providing administrative support in the identification and selection of forwarders for domestic/export transportation,
  • Realization of product delivery on time according to defined schedule being in good communication with the customers,
  • Coordinating shipments with freight agents & customs broker and preparing proper transportation paperwork & export documentation in compliance with governmental regulations,
  • Preparing customer’s documents and manuals,
  • Archiving all documentation regarding shipping and delivery to the customer,
  • Generating documentation for credit letters (L/C) and ensuring compliance with all export rules and regulations as well as proper shipment documentation,
  • Following & supporting on receivables collection and preparing related reports,
  • Attending customer documentation process kick-off meetings together with Project Managers, preparing “vendor document lists”, accurately and timely transmitting project documents as per the project specific procedures, if there is
  • Registering feedback and comments received from customer on the documentation updates and distributing them with related parties,
  • Effectively communicating appropriate documentation updates to customer,
  • internal stakeholders (Project Management, Project Engineering, Quality etc.) and sub-suppliers in a timely manner and following accurate revisions and progress reporting,
  • Ensuring that a document control and communication process is available according to the project's documentation scope and requirements.
  • Providing input to weekly/bi-weekly/monthly progress report according to local
  • unit and project requirements.


Your background:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics and related departments,
  • 1-3 years of work experience in related field,
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP (especially MM & SD Modules),
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, customer oriented,multi-tasking, having stress management capability,
  • Good verbal and written communications skills in Turkish and English.
