Our Kemalpaşa facility is looking for Prototype Workshop Team Leader (Temporary). Please review below to see if this might be the right opportunity for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To use and maintain devices, tools, apparatus and measuring instruments in a clean, orderly and appropriate manner without damaging them.
- To be responsible for the order, cleanliness and general maintenance of the working environment. Fulfilling the instructions and warnings of the manager in this regard.
- To plan the process steps related to the sample studies coming from the engineering department and to ensure that the activities are completed in a timely and appropriate manner by assigning tasks to the team.
- Ensuring that the personnel in the prototype workshop fill in the product control forms daily and submit them to the Project Quality engineer on a weekly basis.
- To perform the EPR procedures related to the prototype workshop of the sample studies.
- To carry out the 5S activity of the prototype workshop
- To ensure the distribution of tasks and discipline to the workers of the prototype workshop, to establish the work program and to monitor its timely completion.
- Planning and providing the necessary trainings to increase the quality awareness of the prototype workshop employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
- To be at least a vocational high school graduate.
- Having at least 3 years of professional experience.
- To have experience in Team Management.
- To have mechanical measurement and reading knowledge of measuring instruments.
- To have technical drawing knowledge.
