Roles and Responsibilities:
- Expert knowledge of Standardized Work, Time & Balance Studies.
- Experience on problem solving activities from different process areas
- Experience on Training & Coaching for shopfloor leaders.
- Preferably knowledge of TIE Kaizen Methodology
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
- A job at this level requires good interpersonal skills and may be required to lead a junior team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or technical high school diploma with relevant experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Manufacturing & Principal Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge in Lean Production & Lean Management
- Knowledge in time study and method study techniques
- Having good convincing & teaching - coaching skills

- Preferably- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong technical and analytical ability
- Problem solving and decision making capability
- Strong documentation, organization and time management skillsMotivated and a good team player with positive attitude
