QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Engineering graduate,
- Minimum 1 years of purchasing experience,
- Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment,
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and set deadlines,
- SAP Knowledge is a plus,
Proficient in all Microsoft applications, advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills (Pivot tables&charts, VLookup, Macros)
- Manage/execute the purchasing function with the objectives of improving quality, cost and delivery performance,
- Purchase packaging materials
- Prepare and review contracts, bids, proposals, and vendor agreements for legal correctness, price, and acceptability of items to specifications,
- Develop plans and projects to reduce costs and create savings,
- Negotiate prices for the packaging materials according to shortage, payment conditions, delivery options as per the market dynamics and operation challenges,
- Establish and maintain measurable performance metrics for all levels of purchasing activities,
- Complete vendor or product analysis when sourcing new products or looking for alternatives,
- Partner with marketing team on product development initiatives that require support from procurement,
- Design, implements, manages, and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements,
- Manage overall 3rd Party relationships to ensure packaging material suppliers, product supply, increased process efficiencies and best practices,
