Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering from a reputable university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, must have experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of procurement ERP systems, SAP preferred
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and organizational skills
  • Technical knowledge and experience in reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Fluent in English

Job Description

  • Managing the daily indirect and/or direct procurement activities.
  • Ensuring that procurement is completed at a consistently high standard, within budget, and that objectives are met on time, suiting the company's vision and objectives
  • Building efficient and effective relationships with vendors with the intent of a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship, with a focus on key suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Identifying cost saving potentials and implementations of such plans on assigned category with risk management
  • Driving the development of supplier negotiation strategy and pricing negotiations.
  • Performing total cost of ownership regarding procurement activities
