Qualifications

  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferably a graduate of office management and secretarial, public relations or communication departments),
  • Strong in communication, successful in time management, planning, organization and business follow-up,
  • High problem solving skills, practical, quick thinking and careful,
  • Adopt the principle of detailed, systematic and regular work,
  • Preferably experienced in the field of Reception / Switchboard,
  • Good level of English (Verbal and written),
  • Experience in preparing reports and presentations,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Job Description

  • To carry out the switchboard operations, to direct the incoming calls to the relevant persons, to welcome the visitors and to inform the relevant persons,
  • Execution of in-house flight, hotel and transfer organizations,
  • Keeping the records of incoming and outgoing documents and cargoes and distributing them to the relevant departments,
  • Updating the records of the reception and ensuring that they are kept up to date,
  • Making and following meeting room reservations,
  • Calling candidates whose interview is deemed appropriate and inviting them to job interviews,
  • Saving the application forms and resumes in the database after the job interview,
  • To support the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Departments and their processes,
  • Posting internal announcements and circulars on communication boards and ensuring that communication boards are kept up-to-date.
