QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION


Being French based company TRIGO Group has been providing quality control services to automotive and other industrial sectors in 26 countries with more than 10.000 personnel. Turkish branch of the group, TRİGO Çözüm provides quality control and inspection services in especially automotive sector, and looks for Recruiter to be employed in ever growing Bursa branches, the specifications and job description areas follows;


The ideal candidate will be responsible to conduct recruitment process for each role required within the company including all phases starting with the search for potential candidates and placement of ideal candidate:


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Economy/Engineering Majors or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Recruiter,
  • Solid ability to conduct interviews,
  • Good command of both verbal and written English (To assess English knowledge during the interviews)
  • Excellent MS Office skills,
  • Able to create various candidate resource, detail-oriented and eager to learn,
  • Having good planning, prioritizing, and organizing skills,
  • Have strong analytical skills to measure candidates and follow the recruitment process accurately,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Details and result oriented, strong follow-up skills
  • Team player.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements
  • Source and recruit candidates by career platforms etc,
  • Provide an efficient experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level required for the role including English level, driving the interview process and offer process, closing of candidates,
  • Follow up full cycle of recruitment steps,
  • Proceed the offer process by following approval processes, giving the offer and negotiating employment terms,
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices,
  • Provide recruiting metrics to hiring managers.
