To further strengthen our Digital & CRM department we are searching for Regional Digital & CRM Supervisor
Location: İstanbul – European Side / Turkey
Job Description
· Draws growth vision for digital assets incorporating all inputs – benchmarks, local & global growth ambitions, internal capabilities, needs & plans of commercial & support functions
· Manages one digital roadmap with close coordination with stakeholders – prepares backlogs, makes prioritization, feeds related squads & teams for execution, follows up status, measures results & shares within VBU organization
· Owns & manages & grows digital KPIs
· Recognizes and defines growth opportunities
· Understanding & experience of digital growth
· Understanding of data and strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to own and drive improvement of digital and business KPIs, particularly in a complex, multi-stakeholder and fluid environment
· Project management –managing multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute
· Working with media, partner and data teams to advocate
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technologies or related fields,
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
· Min. 6 years of related work experience,
· Min. 2 years of experience of team management,
· Experienced in HTML, CSS and Javascript,
· Preferably CMS experience (Wordpress, Magento, Drupal, Sitecore etc.),
· Knowledge of Photoshop, Indesign or other Adobe design programs is a plus,
· Having basic knowledge in search engine optimization,
· Knowledge about Google Analytics,
· Analytical thinking, attention to detail and researcher, multitasking
· Strong communication skills with an ability to educate and influence cross-functional teams, key stakeholders and external partners regarding the opportunity in this unique channel
· Challenge & Influencing Skills – experienced & effective at influencing and challenging senior internal stakeholders
· Curiosity for Learning
