Required Qualifications;
• Graduated from undergraduate departments of universities
• At least 3 years of experience and avtive portfolio in FMCG Sector in food products Export processes and sales (Preferably Central & West Europe)
• Good English speaking and writing skills (2nd language is preferred)
• Sales oriented and high persuasiveness
• Able to use MS Office programs very well
• No barriers to travel abroad
• Analytical and strategic thinking ability, result oriented,
• Able to take fast and correct decisions, establish and manage a new system when necessary,
• Having leadership and managerial skills, competence in management and coordination with targets,
• Driver's license holder, able to actively drive
• Completed military service for male candidates.
Job description;
• Identifying new Export Markets in line with company targets
• Realizing business development, marketing and sales activities for existing and new markets
• Determination of purchasing channels for the needs of target markets, management and follow-up of procurement processes.
• Researching sales channels and determining and selling products suitable for these channels
• Following market activities and market trends
• Making sales agreements, following the payments, customs clearance and logistics processes.
• Involving international & domestic exhibition plans of company and taking an active role
• Creating annual sales plans and annual budget and making necessary reports
