QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Regional Quality Engineer" with the following requirements to be employed in our company.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work on tasks to support functional quality activities within the specified region.
Responsible for:
- Representing Orhan Automotive in terms of project Quality in front of suppliers.
- Completing Supplier Change Request (SCR) process
- Complete Supplier Assessments
- Complete supplier pre-preproduction audits as required
- Complete follow-up audits/visits to verify subsequent corrective action taken.
- Complete supplier PPAP approval
- Supplier Quality Escalation studies
- Supplier Quality Improvement programs
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably residing in Bursa (will be able to work in Gemlik Global office)
- Ability to read and understand technical data (technical drawing, 3D, Technical specifications)
- Certified internal auditor (IATF 16949, process audit)
- Knowledge of measurement systems and validations
- Preferably material or mechanical, industrial, automotive engineer
- Preferably have knowledge of project management
- Experience in fluids group products (pipes, rubber hoses, fittings)
- Strong experience working with global automotive customers quality systems and understanding of customer-specific requirements(i.e. Ford, Renault, PSA, Stellantis customers)
- Understanding of Quality Tool and techniques (8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, 8-D, DFMEA, PFEMA, PPAP, etc. Preferred)
- Quality Standard and customer specific requirements (ISO/TS 16949, Q1, MSA, ISO 14001, ASES etc)
- Min. 5 years of experience
- Preferably have knowledge of SAP, Minitab and Autocad.
- Advanced English spoken & written
- Analyze information & manage appropriate communication (internally & externally)
- Strong organizational skills and able to manage priorities
- Work well with diverse groups of people and be able to function independently of direct supervision
- Pro-active approach
- Must have the ability to travel.
