Fully understand and embrace Six Senses company vision and values and its application in all tasks associated with the host’s duty.
Adhere to all Six Senses brand standards ensuring successful communication across all levels of the operation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Escort guests accordingly throughout the hotel.
Coordinate guest requirements with other departments and follow up to ensure all queries are handled to maximum satisfaction.
Making arrangements for hotel operated activities, restaurants, tours and other experiences.
To handle all guests’ requests are quickly and efficiently.
To handle checking-in and checking-out of all guests in a timely and courteous manner.
To ensure all telephone calls and messages are handled quickly and effectively.
Ensure that all Front Office stationary and stock is available and re- ordered on time.
To up sell wherever possible to ensure a maximum room rate is achieved.
Monitor guest comments and follow up as necessary.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent knowledge of guest related functions.
Strong team mentality and willingness to be of assistance as required.
Very good command over written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of software platforms.
Well-organized and responsible.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
