Description

A unique opportunity has arisen for a young, dynamic and customer-focused marketing professional to play a key role in supporting our business in online used car marketplace that leverages our extensive network and worldwide respected brand of our parent company, Vitol.


Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this is a key role in supporting our retail marketing strategy activations and support building the sponsorship and event marketing strategy. You will enjoy working with smart, creative and energetic people, working as part of a highly ambitious team. Your role will be hands-on with real responsibility and impact from day one.


Role Mission
Your mission is to contribute to developing the best marketing communication to deliver the right message to our customers at the retail touchpoints. You will also be responsible for implementing and executing all sponsorship and event marketing activations along with the defined partner and optimizing the key brand moments.


Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage and organize all trade marketing (BTL) related operations at Customer Centers
  • Ensure constant communication at Customer Center level as well as with the Retail team to drive foot traffic and ensure brand messages are reflected
  • Improves brand presence and campaign execution in all Customer Center channels through excellence in in-store planning
  • Support converting the brand strategy into a clearly defined operating plan working in concert with a cross-functional team to ensure a harmonized approach with a focus of retail implementation
  • Develop short&long term sponsorship strategies to effectively ignite and engage our customer segments to create social buzz, brand engagement and positive WOM
  • Following up the scope of sponsorship deals and making sure the contractual terms are implemented.
  • Execute all operational activities with the partner club/federation once the sponsorship deal is initiated.
  • Working inventively to brainstorm new thoughts and creative ideas to increase the efficiency of the sponsorship and the brand image
  • Set up right KPI’s to measure the efficiency of the sponsorships, analyze key metrics provide regular reporting
  • Develop tailor-made customer events and activities to develop physical appearance of the brand and pushes demand generation

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in related field
  • At least 6 years of marketing communications experience/ideally in sponsorships and event management
  • Extensive knowledge of the retail marketing.
  • An analytical person with a creative eye,
  • Experience of anticipating and adopting innovations must be willing to learn,
  • Ability to multi-task projects and initiatives effectively and prioritize whilst continuously delivering results,
  • Passion about sport and sports culture is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and self-directed. Energetic, can-do attitude with a strong bias for action,
  • Ability to work and thrive in a growth-focused and fast-paced environment,
  • Fluency in written and verbal English is compulsory.
