As Turkey's first and national brand of fuel and lubricants sectors, it was established on February 18, 1941. Petrol Ofisi traditionally sustains the following titles: "Fuel sector leader of Turkey", "Lubricants and chemicals market leader of Turkey" and " One of the top three companies of Turkey". Petrol Ofisi has a diverse and strong infrastructure with its unique size: 1,900 more than gas stations, over 1,400 villages pump, 7 fuel terminals, 1 LPG terminal, 18 airport supply units, 1 lubricant blending plant and about 1 million cubic meters of storage capacity.

We are looking for a S&L Commercial & Risk Analysis Specialist, who has the following competencies, to join our Supply & Logistics team :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Engineering/Business Administration,
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience in the related field,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Delivery & Execution mind-set,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Structured approach,
  • Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point, Word),
  • Know-how of reporting systems (i.e. Oracle Discoverer, BI, TM1),


PURPOSE OF THE POSITION


The job holder has to ensure the delivery of the following tasks:

Support forecasting and planning of S&L margin, OPEX and CAPEX. Provide guidance on risk management. Focal point for Finace related IT topics & developments of S&L team.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting & Business Steering:

Support S&L Performance and Planning Senior for explaining S&L results at month end, detecting deviation reasons from previous forecasts and interfacing with business units

Planning & Budgeting:

Support correct and timely submission of planning figures in terms of volumes & margins, costs and capex planning.

Prepare year-end and monthly P&L and any other financial information content forecasts for Supply & Logistics

Risk Management:

Prepare position result for commodity risk

Support developing new strategies and implementing to new IT tools

Performance Management:

Monitor business performance and support finding over/under performance points in business units

Support businesses on agreed initiatives, report progress and deviation

Support improving existing business processes in relation to finance topics.

Project Management:

Support business cases for S&L projects and investments by interacting with stakeholders

Others:

Support gatekeeper of S&L Finance related IT topics and developments.
