We are looking for a Sales Area Manager to take part in Sisecam Headquarters - Flat Glass West EU Management located in Tuzla / Istanbul. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Deep understanding of ERP, CRM and other reporting tools & softwares (e.g. SAP modules, Salesforce)
  • Have an understanding of emerging technologies in the context of sales and marketing (e.g. CPQ)
  • Experienced in using with CPM (Corporate Performance Management) analytics tool
  • Good command of English
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills and a good team player
  • No restrictions to travel in and abroad

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Leading the sales teams he/she is responsible for to increase sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
  • Preparing meaningful and accurate sales targets for budgeting purposes and generates updated estimates when the business conditions require a shift in focus
  • Establishing and maintaining processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business
  • Participating in critical negotiations and guides contractual agreements with key clients
  • Monitoring the planning and presentation of reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies
  • Developing and managing distributor contracts and business plans -according to market dynamics & product group’ targets - and also actively manages operation of agreement processes & monitors the achievement by taking necessary actions
  • Providing input to Manager for him/her to create daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics and providing support in the maintenance of these reports
  • Assisting his/her Manager with taking corrective actions and/or providing operational insight for the unachieved goals in the performance reports and KPIs
