QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENMAR Sales Team is in search of a highly qualified, dynamic and result oriented Sales Engineers with the mission to triple the sales, in three years in the assigned territory, of our wide range of products including assembly tools and systems, torque management solutions, ergonomic handling solutions and others for use of manufacturing industry. This is a true and a SMART target for those who see challenges as opportunities for growth and achieavable not only by aggressively exploiting the potential of the existing customers but also developing a new customer base in the territory. The ideal candidate will be cover all customers in the assigned region.

Knowledge

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Industrial Engineerings are preffered)
  • Descent mechanical and electronical aptitude accompanied by understanding industrial automation basics
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with Lean Production is a plus

Experience

  • At least 3 years of working experience in B2B sales of premium brands with proven track record

Responsibilities;

Reporting to Sales Manager of the related business unit, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following roles and duties:

  • Build, enhance, maintain and strengthen very good relationship with business contacts in the customers at all levels and relevant functions, caring especially for decision makers and executives
  • Continuously analyze customers' manufacturing environment by performing shopfloor and production line surveys to explore and sort out rooms for improvement that can pave the way for a leaner and more sustainable production creating value to the customers meanwhile generating sales opportunities for the Company
  • Applies problem solving techniques when making analysis of cases always considering quality, productivity, safety and also ergonomics aspects of the processes wherever applicable
  • Applies Value Based Selling methodology, identifies money bags for the customers and creates complete solutions/offer packages including not only equipments but also customized solutions addressing and satisfying true needs of the customers
  • Verifies offered solutions via demonsrations and trials in customer premises
  • In close cooperation with Product Support Department plan, organize and conduct sales and marketing activities such as demos, seminars, product launches, customer days
  • In close cooperation with Service Department, deploy cross-functional joint strategy to maximize company's on-site existence and secure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up customer complaints, collaborate with Service and Project teams to achieve customer satisfaction through timely interventions with a high first-time fix rate
  • Work closely with Service and Project teams to secure Company's sales to targeted customers for identified opportunities
  • Persistently follow up and strive for achieving own sales and market share targets
  • Perform SWOT Analysis for the assigned territory and customers
  • Provide intelligence regarding competition sales and marketing activities, potential projects and investments, market shares, trends in relevant industries
  • Report accurately and timely within CRM to support company's sales management initiative in the best possible way
  • Collaborate with Finance Department to improve and maintain receivables at a proper level for a healty cashflow while aiming to minimize overdues as well
