We are looking for "Sales Executive" for our rapidly growing organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree, preferably Master’s Degree,
- Excellent command of English,
- Minimum 9 years experience in export sales,
- Preferably experienced in porcelain tableware,
- Min. 3 year team management experience is a must,
- Proactive and committed to delivering results in a fast paced, demanding work environment,
- Experienced in field, market and competitor analysis,
- Result-oriented professional adopting strategic thinking capabilities,
- Organized, systematic, reliable and team worker,
- Advanced skills in the MS Office suite of applications,
- Valid driving license class B and active driver,
- Male candidates should have completed their military service.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collecting data on market conditions, sales in competitors and customers, following trends and preparing weekly / monthly reports,
- Focuses on growing and developing existing clients and maps potential ones, together with generating leads for new business,
- Prepares business plans and reports for all current and potential business,
- Solves problems effectively and manages risks to ensure achievement of targets,
- Taking actions to monitor and reduce return rates,
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed,
- Maintains sales teams’ job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results,
- Completes international sales requirements by scheduling and assigning employees,
- Follows up on work progress and ensures the team is delivering the desired results.
