We are looking for "Sales Manager" for the growing organization of our multinational customer working in the field of Switchgear Products and Industrial Automation Products.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop a target list of potential clients to approach and convert
Ensure achievement of regional sales targets.
Responsible and accountable for increasing the market share of all divisions and the group under responsibility over the customers under scope
Determines customer requirements, functional diagrams, schematics and interface control documents.
Create market intelligence feedback for the scope under responsibility and deploy the growth plan in line with the company growth strategy.
Identifies competitive and new business opportunities. Bundles products and services to differentiate.
Analyzes accounts and develops an account strategy and penetration plan with our distributor/partner to increase our share position at assigned accounts.
Takes an active role in coaching the distributor personnel/partner and evaluating their competency.
Brings the right resources to the table to impact the customer’s decision process and presents solutions to the customer (value proposition).
Negotiates and obtains management approvals for bid investments, bid approvals, contacts terms and conditions and pricing.
