QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Sales Operations Specialist" who is able to work at home for 4 days a week (02:00 pm to 10:00 pm) and at the Tuzla office (08:00 am to 05:30 pm) for 1 day a week.

Graduated from 4-year undergraduate departments of universities
Minimum 2 years of experience at Sales Operations
Fluent written and verbal English because of working for our American Customers
Competence with MS Office applications (advanced in Excel)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Enter and maintain Sales Orders and Return orders
Providing operational support to the sales team
Ensure that each customer receives order confirmations after the order entry process.
Receive and review sales orders for accuracy and completeness according to company policies across all product and order types and submit to fulfillment within established company SLAs
Maintain updated customer information in the SAP SD system
Supply reports to sales and customers on open orders and inventory on hand (monthly, weekly, daily)
Manage Kibar Americas consignment inventory, enter new orders according to pipeline
Ensure coordination between Sales and Supply Chain departments
Follow up production with the Production Planning team and proactively notify customers and sales of any delays that may affect to meet our shipment commitment and discuss potential solutions
Organize shipment for finished goods, follow up shipping materials status
Prepare monthly shipment plan, report daily, weekly shipment realization
