We seek for “Sales Specialist” who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy in High Voltage Products.

Your background

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Excellent command of English and Turkish at negotiating level (both written and spoken), preferably complemented by other language skills.
  • 3 years of working experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Development.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Military service completed for the male candidates.
  • Knowledge of High Voltage Power Products.
  • Knowledge of the order / contract execution.
  • Use to work with IT tools (Computer, Microsoft Office software, SAP, Sales Force).
  • A willingness to develop and long-term determination will all be beneficial.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Customer oriented, good communication skills.
  • Self-discipline and high motivation.
  • Ability to travel and have valid driving license.

Your responsibilities

  • Sells products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
  • Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales and after sales process.
  • Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Creates added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales & after sales techniques. Communicates details in accordance with Hitachi Energy offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
  • Establish and maintain effective relationship with Hitachi Energy supplier factories to ensure alignment on pricing, targets and strategies in the market.
  • Ensure timely & correctly execution of contracts from commencement date to cash collection (including but not limited to, registering orders & purchase orders in SAP system, providing purchase orders to factories, follow up all communication, organizing product approvals and FAT, realizing delivery as per contract and invoicing, etc.).
  • Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
  • Collects data and provides sound market and competitive intelligence analyses related to market and trends. Participates with management to contribute to strategic plans definition and supports relevant implementation.
  • Prepares analyses of internal sales, technical and financial data, and external market data. Interprets resulting data and makes recommendations to marketing and sales management. Builds sales analyses regarding channels, segments, geographic areas, customers, products, systems, and services.
  • Coordinate with Market Manager to decide on pricing strategies, negotiate and secure contracts.
