QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
What you will do
As a Sales Support Engineer, you will be a part of the applied team and will be based in our İstanbul Office. Your core responsibility will be within back office of the team responsible for the sales of Fan Coil, AHU, CCU, Chiller products.
How you will do it
In this role, using a special tool programming, you will help selection of the right HVAC equipment as per our customer's specifications, run operational processes, run proposal files to be prepared, prepare submittal files, prepare order documents, get into communication with our Global Headquarter in order to solve related issues, specification and estimation evaluation for the project preparations.
What we look for
Required
- Pre/post-graduation from Mechanical Engineering or Climatization and Cooling fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good English level
- Good at Excel use
- Hands on, enthusiastic, tracker, result-oriented, creative, can do attitude
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Able to take responsibility of different tasks
- Ability to focus and attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience in Autocad
