Bystronic is a Swiss oriented worldwide active supplier of high quality solutions for the economical processing of sheet metals. Bystronic Türkiye is looking for a professional and ambitious Sales Assistant for supporting sales team thanks to growing market conditions.

SALES ASSISTANT – FEMALE

Location: İSTANBUL

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years experience in telemarketing

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• University Degree related to field

• Good knowledge of computer applications. (MS Office, SAP and MS Dynamics CRM)

• Having strong communicating skills

• Self motivated

• Ability and vision to solve problems and strong organizing and planning skills.

• Residence of Asia side of Istanbul

• Able to work with multinational team members.

• Nonsmokers will be preferred.

Job Description

• Report directly to the Sales Manager.

• Call existing customers to learn their investment plans, find new ones and keep track of them by CRM system

• Fallowing all marketing activities, planning study tours to the headquarter in Switzerland, arranging exhibition programs

• Preparing quotations and order confirmations

• Supporting sales team by means of preparing documents in the office, arranging accommodation and transport, getting appointments from the customers

• Maintaining CRM system and social media channels
