Minimum 7 years of experience in Segment/Category/Base Management especially in Telco,
Advance level of English,
Proficiency in MS Office programmes,
Strong planning and networking skills,
Strong decision making and problem solving; takes initiative and ability to work both independently and in teams, collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks,
Strong financial and analytical skills,
Military service should be completed for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare short and long term segment activities (upgrade / anti-downgrade / upsell / crossell),
Analyse and prepare reports relating to the performance of segment activities,
Analyse segment campaigns in order to understand the mechanisms and obtain useful insights to optimize the effectiveness of the direct and outbound communication plan,
Support in the preparation of material for presentations to top management,
Interaction with sales channels (inbound / outbound / selfcare / retail) and support structures (Customer Analytics, CRM, IT, Customer Care, Content) to ensure adequate data sharing and performance alignment,
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and the overall performance of segment,
Support in the creation of guidelines documents for segment.
