QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar disciplines
- Extensive know-how in supply chain management and experience in the SAP modules SAP MM/PP with focus on Master Data
- Customer-specific solutions and have already shown this in projects with Master Data migrations
- Optimizing logistics processes in SAP inspires you and you are very interested in dealing with SAP Master Data migration programs and interfaces
- Knowledge in IT Project Management methods
- Capable to work with international teams and good team player,
- No restriction to travel abroad
- Fluent in English. German is an asset
- ABAP debugging skills are advantage
Job Description:
- Design, implementation, further development of IT systems within the Mercedes-Benz Truck Group with focus on solutions for processes in logistics
- Collaboration with the existing center of competence (CoC) teams in Germany as a part of the extended CoC team in Istanbul
- Consult and support related departments,
- Process analysis and design, as well as determining the requirements
- Evaluating implementation and costs, recognizing, analyzing and evaluating new technologies, developing strategic recommendations and analyzing effects
- Define and review of specification of IT solutions (hardware and software including networks, databases, use of operating systems)
- Leading IT project teams (pre-structuring and subdividing project contents, detailing and defining individual work step/packages)
- Coordination of system rollout and operation, ensuring the defined procedures, procedures and communication methods by using appropriate Daimler IT project management tools
