QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
GENEL NİTELİKLER
- BS in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable degree,
- +7 years Professional experience in various direct Purchasing roles in manufacturing environment desired,
- Having solid knowledge and experience in project procurement activities desired,
- Knowledge of plastic raw materials and plastic injection tooling desired,
- Knowledge of the product development process as well as technical manufacturing processes and cost calculation,
- Fluent in English,
- Good MS Office knowledge,
- SAP knowledge is an asset,
- Analytical and accessible to make decisions,
- High degree of goal and result orientation,
- Strong rhetoric,
- Hands-on mentality,
- Willingness and flexibility for business trips,
İŞ TANIMI
- Responsible for execution of projects according to Lansinoh master plan. Responsibility for the achievement of the project goals (costs, quality, deadlines, budget),
- Subproject management of Purchasing activities in the new Project on a lead time master sheet,
- Definition and implementation of product group and supplier strategies in cooperation with R&D and Quality,
- Supplier selection for new Project outsource parts, materials and tools & fixtures. Creation of supplier roadmaps/schedules within the Project,
- Appear in supplier gemba and enable smooth launch at supplier site,
- Purchase order placement and order follow-up towards suppliers for components and materials to secure sample approval process,
- Reports Project’s off-tool/off-process/sample arrival/approval and cost status reqularly,
- Provision of cost estimates for individual parts and tracking of material cost development for a product.
