QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering departments (Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
- 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain-Demand Planning- Supply Planning areas,
- Having experience in analysis softwares and willing to learn and develop new projects,
- Having experience in master scheduling, forecasting and planning (using SAP PP, SAP APO is a plus),
- Strong knowledge of analytical skills on large amounts of data, statistics,
- No restriction for traveling,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, Excel in particular,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English

How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist - Demand & Production Planning who will join our team at Supply Chain Directorate.
- Improving forecasting & replenishment techniques, methods and approach continuously,
- Understanding past and future assumptions, risks and opportunities,
- Preparing macro plans by maintaining a collaborative forecast for the short, medium and long-term horizon by understanding past and future assumptions and ensuring all risks embedded in the macro plan,
- Monitoring stock levels and directing production capacities according to demand progress,
- Leading S&OP process,
- Ensuring regular scheduled meetings occur and ensuring quality data on past performance and future forecast is available for S&OP review,
- Analyzing all data related to creating the sales forecast and to determine the capacities to work on plant basis (past sales, stocks, budgets, market trends, seasonality, promotions, etc.),
- Following up gaps in the demand plan and make sure that necessary actions are taken by related parties,
- Establishing strong working relationships with production plants, sales and other key parties in order to achieve the best service level,
- Maintaining documentation and standard operating procedures for demand&production planning processes and systems,
- Presenting and sharing useful information across departments and functions,
- Measuring and analyzing all business and customer related KPI’s such as Forecast Accuracy, Supply Service Level,
- Taking a role in supply chain efficiency, change and sustainability projects.
