QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
How do we describe the perfect fit?
• Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, OR Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering departments( Master Degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process analyses,
• Having experience in production and related fields.
• Having experience in portfolio management and related tools,
• Having experience in production engineering is a plus,
• Knowledge of system and process development, value stream mapping, creating process maps,
• Strong knowledge of lean production,
• General knowledge of digitalization,
• No restriction for traveling,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus),
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the market & customer,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas.
The position is located in Çayırova.
How will you foster the change?
We are looking for a passionate Specialist System & Process Development who will join our team at Production Technologies Directorate.
• Following up and reporting the portfolio with related tools in production technologies directorate,
• Preparing reports for standartisation processes,
• Working actively in audits about agile production in plants,
• Being responsible for collecting the usecase from plants for creating know how,
• Taking a role in lean manufacturing standartisation process projects and convert them for digitalisation,
• Optimizing production methods between plants and optimisation,
• Following and coordinating projects with agile methods,
• Collecting and analysing benchmarks in terms of production technologies.
