Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with consistent outstanding academic record in Industrial Engineering, MIS, Computer Engineering or related departments,

At least 6 years of work experience in SAP Sales & Distribution business processes and functionalities (Sales, Delivery, Pricing, Credit Management, Shipping, Transportation, Billing, Foreign Trade),

Profound understanding of integration points within the PP, SD, MM, PM modules,
-
Ability to analyze and document new and existing business processes to validate a solution that supports business objective(s),
-
Develop and manage a detailed business and functional requirements,
-
Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities,
-
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in an international, environment, across cultures and time zones,
-
Advanced level in both written and spoken English,
-
Strong communication and reporting skills,
-
Strong planning skills with the ability to set priorities,

Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others,

Must be result-oriented and demonstrate adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness,

Senior Specialist - System and Process Development (International Sales) who will work for IT Global Business Partners and Business Relationship Management Team.

Perform detailed analysis of Sales Operations related business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document user requirements,

Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements from HQ business units, subsidiaries and other process owners to develop processes,
-
Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs,
-
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements,
-
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members,
-
Understand all regional or local sales processes and work to improve their effectiveness and efficiency,
-
Set standards, identify and share best practices and perform benchmarks,
-
Coordinate between Sales Operations and IT implementation/development teams to make sure the agreed processes are properly implemented and supported in the different IT tools and systems,
-
Closely follow up of all new development requests, incidents and change requests, and prioritize them.
