QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

EagleBurgmann Turkey is seeking for Service Engineer to support our growing local and international business in Technical Department.

University degree in mechanical engineering
At least 1 years experience in a similar position with machine elements preferably service for rotating equipment.
Good knowledge of English is essential
Good command of Microsoft Office applications
No restriction to travel
Active driver
Strong communication skills and prone to teamwork
Resident in Asian part of İstanbul or Kocaeli/Gebze, Çayırova, Darıca

İŞ TANIMI

Technical support to customers. Including on site activities like installation, commisioning, troubleshooting, supervising.
Technical support to service technicians
Organisation of service center operations
Evaluation of spesific industrial rotating equipment applications, negatiations with design engineers and central divisions.
Providing required activity reports to management
Analyzes technical information for the purpose of providing adequate solutions to the client’s sealing needs. Makes recommendations for mechanical seal and and sealing systems operations.
Responsible for evaluating failed seals as needed and providing a detailed failure analysis with application recommendations in Seal Failure Reports.
Leads warranty response efforts and/or Root Cause Analysis on warranty incidents. Perform and publish on-site root cause and failure analysis (RCFA) reports as directed by customer site reliability improvement team
Prepares technical proposals, reviews for service inquiries and works closely with customers.
Troubleshoots products and systems when required. Documents findings & recommendations in a report.
Maximizes customer satisfaction in a safety sensitive role. Compliant with all EagleBurgmann and customer site safety, health, and environmental requirements.
Responsible for coordination of Service Contract activities. Meet and/or exceed the mutually agreed goals for success with each specific Service Contract.
Develop and maintain site equipment surveys, presentations, technical guidelines and bad actor recommendations.
Coordinate service agreement training initatives designed to meet requirements.
