QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

• Organizing indoor and field repair activities of Bosch Rexroth Mobile Hydraulics and Electronics
• Processing warranty requests
• Commissioning and start-up support to our customers
• Troubleshooting
• Cooperate and assist service contract preparation process
• Customer support
• Frequent CRM usage and reporting
• Tracking the technical updates in coordination with lead organisation

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in preferably Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Preferably at least 2 years experience as a service engineer
• Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written communication (German language is an asset)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, presentation skills
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently
• Results oriented, having customer focus
• No restrictions to travel frequently
• No military obligation for male candidates
