Taking part in the preparation stage of the content of the training programs to follow in line with the needs of the organization, monitoring, conducting the operation and to executing
Identifying training topics by evaluating market needs.
Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
Schedule internal and external training sessions
Develop and provide technical training courses for automation technologies (electronics and I4.0)
Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials and manuals
Coordinate product-related trainings, including presentations of new features and simulation activities
Measure improvements in trainings in accordance with the feedbacks and changing technologies
Gather feedback from training applications
Qualifications
Work experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role
BS degree in Mechatronics or Electronical Engineering
Experience in developing technical course content
Experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
Knowledge of Electronics, PLC, sensor, robotic, nodered software, neurocheck and I4.0 applications
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language
Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
Fluent in English, self-driven, result oriented and team worker in a cross cultural environment
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to travel
Very good communication skills - both written and spoken and good analytical skills.
