QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Taking part in the preparation stage of the content of the training programs to follow in line with the needs of the organization, monitoring, conducting the operation and to executing
- Identifying training topics by evaluating market needs.
- Building annual training program and preparing teaching plans
- Schedule internal and external training sessions
- Develop and provide technical training courses for automation technologies (electronics and I4.0)
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials and manuals
- Coordinate product-related trainings, including presentations of new features and simulation activities
- Measure improvements in trainings in accordance with the feedbacks and changing technologies
- Gather feedback from training applications
Qualifications
- Work experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role
- BS degree in Mechatronics or Electronical Engineering
- Experience in developing technical course content
- Experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Knowledge of Electronics, PLC, sensor, robotic, nodered software, neurocheck and I4.0 applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms using simple language
- Additional certification in training (e.g. Certified Technical Trainer) is a plus
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Fluent in English, self-driven, result oriented and team worker in a cross cultural environment
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel
- Very good communication skills - both written and spoken and good analytical skills.
- Good presentation skills
- Good organization skills
