QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is a temporary for 12 months.
Purpose
Implement Country Social Investment and Internal Communications activities to enhance Shell’s brand and reputation, and advance Shell’s business goals
Accountabilities
- Maintain an integrated SI Strategy and Plan with input from Functions, business team and external stakeholders
- Maintain an integrated IC strategy and plan with input from Functions, business team and external stakeholders
- Ensure maximum Shell reputation benefits of the programs amongst stakeholders
- Manage budget and report spends in line with Group Reporting and country requirements
- Benchmark good practices internally and externally
Key competences required
Degree qualified, experienced communications professional with min 4-5 years' experience
- Creative, with commercial mindset/business focus;
- Experience in Brand Development and Management
- Knowledge of Project and Vendor Management
- Strong interpersonal/influencing skills;
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with diplomacy;
- Able to build effective working relationships/networks;
- Fluent command of written and spoken English and Turkish;
- Demonstrated knowledge/delivery of communications programmes including strategic use of tools/channels;
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively internally and externally at a variety of levels (from senior managers to local community members);
- Knowledge of internal and external standards and process
