QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for the engineer. The engineer will be working with after sales team. The after sales engineer will develop solutions to solve problems and decision making in terms of the production process.
To be successful as an engineer, you should have an understanding of engineering and maintenance procedures.
Personal Specification:
- Degree in an engineering field, (Naval, Mechanical, Electric)
- Master’s degree would be beneficial,
- Strong problem-solving, communication and listening skills,
- Knowledge of advanced level in English all writing, reading and speaking,
- Steadfast dedication to ethical codes of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and solving any issues in maintenance,
- Supervising the service cycle,
- Estimating service costs and timeline,
- Following all after-sales processes with customers and dealers around the world.
