Manage Qualification and Calibration Process as an integral part of maintenance
Manage the Investment and Expense budget for spare parts. Create and support cost saving projects
Manage SOPs, change requests, deviations and maintenance orders at the area of responsibility. Modify and update maintenance plans and instructions periodically
Increase productivity : Maintenance Cost / PCE
Define spare parts requirements, ensure adequate stock levels
Follow the technological developments especially Pharmaceutical Equipment Technology and Automation
Introduce new technologies and concepts into organization
Provide regular and on-demand technical trainings to staff and shop floor. Improve organizational competency
Minimum Requirements
Experience in maintenance area min. 5-6 years
Experience and expertise (Mechanical, electrical and automation capability) in maintenance activities
Experience on problem analysis/solving techniques for equipment breakdowns and failures
Ability to lead technical team within Process Unit and interface with Site Engineering team
Ability to manage qualification and calibration process and lead/support investment projects
Project management of new equipment and qualification activities
Good level of understanding in TPM area
Spare parts management for Process Unit
Knowledge and experience in efficiency improvement projects
Analytical thinking and problem solving
Change catalizator and proactive / can do attitude
