QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications :


  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university,
  • Minimum 4 years experience in CRM and/or Analytical role with a focus on segmentation, campaign management, optimization, data analysis and reporting,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken,
  • Excellent skills in MS Office applications,
  • Working knowledge in SQL and basic statistics,
  • Good communication and analytical skills, strategic point of view.


Job Description :


  • Produce analysis and reports of marketing studies for CRM's target,
  • Prepare and publish the domestic and international periodical CRM KPI reports in time,
  • Provides instant reporting/analysis requests via CRM Dynamics platform,
  • Support relevant units by analyzing the customers,
  • Execute and manage segmentation studies,
  • Determine target groups in target market campaigns,
  • Support campaign management to create data analysis and campaign results,
  • Identifies and executes projects including proposals to develop data (profiling, reporting, dashboard etc.) within CRM applications,
  • Manage Data Center efforts to provide interpretation of data from platforms such as Case, Mobile Application, Call Center, Google Analytics.
