GENEL NİTELİKLER
As a part of the Strategy Team at Turkiye Finans, you will have an opportunity to work on cross-functional tasks while working close to the senior management in a highly dynamic environment. You will directly report to the Head of Strategy. Your title will depend on your background and past experience.
What you’ll do:
- Working close to the senior management as an in-house consultant and contributing C-level decision making process,
- Preparing and monitoring the annual and medium-term strategy of the Bank,
- Determining, prioritizing and monitoring the strategic IT/ Business projects,
- Keeping track of the sectoral and macroeconomic developments in both local and global scale to provide insights and develop new opportunities,
- Governing the product and business development process of the Bank,
- Leading critical internal projects that require multi-disciplinary skillset,
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses and projects by using quantitative methods,
Qualifications
We look for strategic and analytical thinkers who can analyze data to produce insight and shape business strategies. Ideal candidates would have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, mathematics or other related fields,
- Experience in banking, fintechs, corporate strategy, management consultancy or financial audit,
- Excellent communication, problem solving, project management, presentation and analytical skills,
- Strong understanding of financial statements and banking concepts,
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs,
- Oral and written fluency in English,
- Great attention to detail
