QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
· At least 2 years of experience in export, export, international fair operation.
· Proficient in using MS Excel (pivots, macros etc.) and MS PowerPoint.
· Experienced in ERP programs.
· Advanced level of English both written and spoken.
· Result and detail orientated, ability to focus and prioritize tasks.
· Analytical skills and good in finding solutions with proactive manner.
· Ability to manage time pressure, well organized and self –motivated.
· Problem solving and customer-oriented thinking.
· Strong followup and communication skills.
· Teamwork – Should be open and dynamic to work.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Create and follow up all export orders via ERP.
· Organise export/import, transportation operation and customs procedures.
· Ensuring of all order process has been completed correctly.
· Prepare all shipment & customs documents via ERP and send to customers.
· Prepare insurance policies for shipments.
· Follow up international fair calendar and organise shipment schedule.
· Prepare monthly KPI reports.
· Budget preparation and controlling for local&export logistics operations.
· Control of all supplier invoices.
· Preparing requested reports & analyses.
· Share the root cause and corrective actions in case of cost increases against budgets.
