We are looking for a "Foreign Trade Purchaising Manager" with the following qualifications for our client operating in the pharmaceutical industry.
General Qualifications:
- Preferably in the health sector in purchasing, supply and stock management. 3-4 years of management experience
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge
- Experienced in the field of purchasing budget preparation and management
- Strong reporting, written communication, problem solving and analysis skills,
- Innovation and development-oriented thinking,
- Knows the conditions of competition, has a high understanding of profitability and efficiency, has strong negotiation skills,
- Strong analytical and strategic point of view, result oriented,
- Advanced system setup and management skills,
- Successful in team management, with high leadership qualities,
- No travel restrictions,
- Completing military service for male candidates
Job Description:
- To plan all purchasing requests of the company in the field of foreign trade in accordance with company targets and strategies and to manage the purchasing process
- Researching and finding alternative sources of supply
- To provide the desired quality under the most suitable conditions
- Carrying out supplier relations
- To do price research and analysis
- Carrying out invoice controls
- Foreign Trade. Coordinating with the Sales, Logistics and Planning Department
- Managing productivity studies to reduce operational hand processes
- Responsibility to follow up the orders in the supplier
- Management of the team and business processes with a focus on operational and financial efficiency
- Establishing and developing the purchasing quality cost balance,
- Stock management
