For our growing organization, we are looking for a ‘System Specialist’ to be based in YILDIRIM Information Technologies which is a subsidiary of YILDIRIM Group of Companies.
What are we looking for in a System Specialist?
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields,
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar position,
- Experienced in Windows Server Systems (All roles and features - AD, IIS, DHCP, DNS, NPS, WSUS etc.), Exchange Server, SCCM, SCOM, Lync / Skype for Business management and problem solving,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Having information about Microsoft Office 365, Azure etc. and cloud technologies,
- Preferably having a MCSE certificate and/or ITIL certificate,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong customer/client focus, with the ability to manage expectations appropriately, provide a superior customer/client experience,
- No restrictions to travel abroad.
Job Description:
- Designing, installation, management, configuration, upgrading and transportation of MS Systems and other medias in group companies,
- Providing documentation of the systems that he/she manages,
- To create policies and procedures on the processes that he/she manages,
- 24/7 tracking and support for business critical systems.
