Talent Acquisition Specialist, Ankara İş İlanı

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a " Talent Acquisition Specialist " for our multinational client which is operating in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other relevant departments
• Preferably minimum 2 years professional experienced of recruiting/staffing experience in a large, in a search firm and/or corporate
• Experienced in deadline-driven project management environment.
• Experience with direct sourcing and qualification of candidates, including utilizing behavioral-based interviewing techniques
• Experienced in recruiting in a fast paced - high volume corporate
• Knowledgeable in recruiting/personnel database systems (Experienced in Workday preferred )
• Having Fluent written and verbal communication of English,.
• Residing or able to reside in Ankara

Job Description;

• You’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for Ankara all blue collar, white collar and intern roles, when needed you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for some Istanbul office roles
• You’ll partner and consult with the business to understand business needs and develop a strategy
• You’ll work in understanding the local labour market and talent supply as well as local compensation trends
• You’ll educate Hiring Managers on the hiring progress and competitive landscape utilizing internal and external metrics and data. You will do this by delivering behavioral-based interview training to client groups across the business.
• You’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition and HRBP leads to identify needs of Talent Acquisition
• You’ll support Employer Brand projects
• You’ll drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience
• You’ll contribute to process improvement initiatives and will drive efficient process adherence
