QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking a “Tax&Compliance Senior Team Member” for our Tax&Compliance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.
- Min 3 years of experience in relevant fields,
- Fluency in English and Turkish,
- Knowledge in Spanish language is a plus,
- Advanced knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation and international tax issues,
- Experienced in internal/external audits related to tax,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Effective Reporting skills,
- Analytical thinking with high sense of responsibility,
- Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax compliance obligations and follow up tax compliance responsibilities within the countries that group operate,
- Monitor and analyse the tax processes applied by group companies,
- Review tax returns prepared by Finance and Accounting teams periodically,
- Follow up changes in local and international tax legislation,
- Coordinate tax related communication between group companies including Legal, Finance and Accounting teams,
- Provide support on tax related internal/external audits and other special tax-related projects.
