QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Team Leader, Field Intelligence & Audit - Istanbul

Position Purpose

· Control, monitor, review and ensure all the retailer operations (Asset management) KPI’s are achieved and carry out planned seasonal activates and oriented activates to achieve targets on a KPI basis i.e. audit completion, asset leakage and FTR- flow through ratio

· Improve and distribute reports , analyse performance indicators regularly, define appropriate action and track the development of each performance indicators for retailers

· Building a communication bridge between other departments in order to sustain business in a more efficient and understanding way.

· Create new reports to support and direct retailer(asset) operation team to expand CHEP’s market penetration inline with the commercial policy

· Reduce asset losses with comprehensive audit plans (annual and monthly) , ensure audit completion targets achieved and analyse the results of an audit plan, define and share key findings actions for improvements and results with respective teams

· Manage a call centre that provides local outbound call centre solution to increase FTR at minor retailers and define new retailers to include in this process to increase asset productivity i.e. database cleaning, collection orders creations, sudden solution for disputes

· Track the flow and stock balances for customers regularly , define high risk customers and work with commercial team to take appropriate actions

· Lead and participate in master data projects with the team to monitor master data against the currently used data in various business processes to identify the gaps, discrepancies and opportunities to further improve quality of data base accuracy

· Provide the training and support the retail analytic team (Field Intelligence Back office) in creating and understanding use of data within ERP and operational systems

· Manage and execute new projects that support CHEP growth and result in cost saving i.e. localization projects

· Lead , motivate, assess and develop the team

· Responsible for talent management process including recruitment, coaching and training

Responsibilities

1. KPI Management :

· Responsible for Creating reports, analysing the performance regularly, defining appropriate actions and tracking the development of each performance indicator for pallet businesses

2. Audits :

· Execute audit process with local audit FSEs for pallet businesses and Analyse the results of audit, define and share key findings actions for improvement of results with teams

3. Declaration Accuracy Management:

· Track the flows and stoks for pallet regularly, define the high risk customers and work with commercial team to take appropriate actions

4. Local CC Management :

· Increase the collection performance of local CC and decrease cost of collection within budget and support automotive customers with trainings

5. Ad Hoc Actions:

· Design and execute quarterly focus action plans to develop related KPI and provide communication and tracking these actions with asset team.

6. Database Management:

· Increase data accuracy and make updates on data based on feedback from Field and commercial team

7. People & Leadership

· Lead, motivate, assess and develop the team,

· Responsible for talent management process, including recruitment, coaching and training.

Qualifications

· A degree in Business Studies, Engineering or relevant studies

Experience

· Good knowledge of FMCG Supply Chain in Turkey (Retail industry knowledge is necessary)

· Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented

· Understanding of key drivers to loss / leakage and mitigating actions.

· Deep knowledge of CHEP’s business processes,
