DorukNet, which was established in 1993, is the first company of Turkey to provide internet services. DorukNet provides internet access, data center, security services and voice services to more than 30 thousand corporate companies today. DorukNet hosts 45.000 domain names and provides uninterrupted services for more than 500 thousand corporate e-mail accounts, web hosting and cloud computing.

About the Role

  • Act as primary technical point of contact for the key Enterprise accounts
  • Assist with customer issues including installation, configuration, maintenance, and identify and implement improvements to processes, documents, tools, and reports to benefit the customer process
  • Drive technical projects from inception to Go Live, and beyond
  • Ensure adoption and successful delivery for the client on all applicable DorukNet products and services
  • Perform annual account review meetings, on-site visits with assigned accounts, and coordinate account health review meetings (short- and long-term account coordination)
  • Perform regular case reviews per assigned account needs
  • Proactively work with assigned accounts to ensure jurisdictional/seasonal readiness
  • Provide innovative ideas to enhance various aspects of the software based on customer suggestions, demos, training, and new business requirements
  • Provide training, both internally and externally, on the usage of the DorukNet Products and Services as well as best practices as it relates to the application and specific business needs of the customer
  • Represent assigned accounts during emergencies, and perform customer-specific crisis communications

Technical support to the project team for understanding the customer’s requirements.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or related
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the similar position
  • Knowing Virtualisation (working with VMware, Hyper-V is a plus) and having experience of Public Cloud (Aws, Azure, Gcp is a plus)
  • Having experience of firewall and working Fortinet etc is a plus
  • Knowing load balancer (NetScaler ADC, HAProxy experiences is a plus)
  • Having familiarity with storage
  • Having the experience to manage the corporate customers
  • Eager to improve new Technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated
  • Planning and organizational skills, able to multi-task
  • Diplomacy and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
