QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics & Communication Engineering,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in new product launching, either as a team member or project manager,
- Deep understanding in testing & project management,
- Excellent command of written and verbal English,
- Very proactive in identifying and communicating potential risks, issues and project concerns,
- Strong self-motivated, ability to work systematically, good communicator,
- Must possess sound analytical, organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to apply these skills into project management methodology,
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
- Prone to teamwork, open to communication,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed,
- No travel restriction.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing technical projects during the product development and approval process of outsource products,
- Organizing field tests with the sample products,
- Tacking the product performance at the field, make data analysis,
- Performing studies with Marketing and Product Management Departments about products,
- Giving technical support to the field teams and technical services.
