QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
You will report directly to Head of Finance & Head of Expansion and you are responsible for :
- Creation of technical specifications, request for quotes
- Compare and recomend supplier quotes / Cost analysis
- Independent execution of all procurement operations taking into account price developments, delivery time, logistic and quality
- Lead negotiations and secure advantageous commercial agreements with approved suppliers
- Oversee supplier order till delivery / completion
- Internal purchasing process definition and standardization
- Develop technical, statistical and fundamental assessments for each commodity
- Market Research (industry trends & benchmarking and toolmaker mapping)
- Reporting and support to the project team
- To organize, coordinate and follow up transportation of incoming and outgoing parts with the forwarder
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor Degree in Process / Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experinece
- Excellent command of English,
- Proficient in MS Office applications
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES
- Experience in strategic purchasing as well as experience in negotiation and contract design
- Experience in an multi-national company in logistics sector
- High negotiation skills with internal cross – functional teams
- Ability to quickly recognize and analyze technical context, functionalities and interdependencies
- Stress Tolerance – Maintaining a calm and positive attitude during stressful situations
- Strong team player with well-developed social and intercultural communication skills
- Multitasking between two to three primary projects at a time
- Flexibility in working hours an no travel restrictions
