QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for candidate who would build a long-term career with us for our smart phone technical services which will locate inİstanbul - Şişli.
Roles And Responsibility
- As a part of the executive team, responsible for providing executive leadership and management for all service actions, service related quality actions and technical support group within service branch.
- Manage technical service business for versatile product portfolio.
- Responsible for all short and long term planning including establishing resource requirements, and objectives.
- Responsible for spare part planning & management.
- Responsible from the highest degree customer satisfaction targets which will leverage the brand reputation.
- Perform first line staffing function that includes recruiting and selecting personnel.
- Assess employee performance, provide feedback and coaching to reward effectiveness and address development areas.
- Ensure that revenue and profit objectives are met regarding the service branch.
- Accountable for developing, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on qualitative and quantitative key performance indicators in order to ensure service excellence within the branch.
- Develop service operations and sales strategies in order to increase service sales as well as service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize established corporate values and leadership models to achieve optimal levels of personal performance and accomplishment within the service team.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 4 years work experience with at least 2 years in managing people and interacting with customers
- Experience in managing critical operational processes, with deadline responsibility
- Good working knowledge of MS Office; Excel skills to be able to refine data and prepare business reports
- Fluent level in English
- No military service obligation
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- SQL knowledge
- At most 7 years of work experience
