• University degree preferably in Technical Departments,

• Experience in service, technical support and after sales of heavy industry machinery

• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English

• Proficiency in MS Office applications SAP and CRM Systems,

• No restriction in travelling,

• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills,

• Teamwork oriented,

• Completed military obligation for male candidates,

• Able to live in İstanbul, European side,

Job Description:

• Providing technical support for customers, dealers, sales team and group companies

• Planning and performing technical trainings to customers, dealers and corporate personnel,

• Reporting field feedbacks to the headquarters,

• Entering datas of all technical information by using CRM and SAP systems

• Supporting customers, dealers, sales and service team about new products,
